Salmon Burgers - Yummy for Snacks

For the past weeks, I've shared salmon recipe dishes and it's quite fun posting them here and hoping you enjoy adding them to your salmon recipies and cooking them of course.

Now let me share with you a different salmon recipe. It's ideal for snacks. It's called the Salmon Burgers. It's 99% pure wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon and feature a certified organic seasonings such as rice, flour, safflower oil, celery seed, extract of rosemary and sea salt.

They're individually vacuum-sealed, cook from a frozen state in only 10 minutes, and provide a quick, healthful meal even finicky young diners will love. You're not likely to find Salmon Burgers this good anywhere else!

Check out this yummy recipe:

Salmon Burgers

This procedure uses frozen burgers and optional seasonings. Feel free to skip the soy sauce, sesame oil and the seasonings if you want to let the natural flavor of salmon shine through.

First, put a little extra virgin olive oil on the pan and let it heat over medium temperature. If you prefer, add a few drops of toasted sesame oil. Without thawing first, sear the burgers for about 2 minutes per side with a bit of black pepper, garlic and onion powders. This is optional.

Lastly, after two minutes, splash a little natural tamari-type soy sauce (only if you want to) on the burgers and flip them over for 30 seconds, which should finish them and also caramelize the soy sauce.

Hope you enjoy this easy to prepare another yummy addition to your lists of salmon recipies.
